Sterile, water-soluble, topical anaesthetic

Indications

Surface anaesthesia and lubrication during:

  • endotracheal intubation (oral and nasal)
  • Laryngeal Mask Airway (LMA) insertion

Instructions for use

2% lidocaine is equivalent to 20 mg / ml lidocaine.

Do not apply on the eyes.

Do not use to lubricate urinary catheters (use sterile, water-based lubricant, unidose - SMSULUBRW05S, or sterile water) or gastric tubes (use drinking water).

Storage

  • Below 25ºC
  • Do not freeze.
  • Tightly close the tube after each use to prevent contamination.
