WATERPROOFING SET 2 components, A & B (masonry tank)
Form
- Two-component waterproofing system:
- Component A: cementitious powder (Ciment NF EN 197-1, mineral fillers, chemical additives).
- Component B: water-based resin dispersion (white milky).
- Total kit weight: 25 kg (pre-dosed for correct mixing).
- Final mixed product: paste-like consistency.
- Colour: powder – white or grey; resin – milky white.
- Density: powder ~1.4 kg/L, resin ~1 kg/L.
- Solvent-free, low odor; very low VOC emissions (A+ rating).
Fit
- Components must be mixed thoroughly to form a homogeneous paste.
- Can be applied on horizontal, vertical, or overhead surfaces.
- Suitable for masonry, concrete, cellular concrete, mortars, stone, bricks, and polystyrene surfaces.
- Designed for water-retaining and pressure-exposed structures: tanks, reservoirs, pools, foundations, tunnels, walls, and floors.
- Application tools: trowel, brush, roller, or mechanical projection.
- Can be applied in interior and exterior conditions, temperature range +8°C to +35°C.
Function
- Provides durable, waterproof protection for masonry and concrete.
- Resistant to hydrostatic pressure and counter-pressure (up to 6 bars, NF P84-402).
- Adhesion: excellent on most substrates (>2 MPa).
- Abrasion and erosion resistant; stable under chemical, atmospheric, and thermal stress.
- Can be recoated or covered with tiles, screeds, or other finishes (except solvent-based coatings).
- Application: minimum 2 layers (1.5 kg/m² each); third layer recommended under high water pressure (~1 kg/m²).
- Full performance after 28 days; light foot traffic: 48 h; water reservoirs: 12 days.
- Service temperature: -20°C to +80°C.
- Tools can be cleaned with water while fresh.
