INTERFACE RELAY (Finder 385102400060) 240VAC, 6A, modular

Form

Slim interface relay module, 1 change-over contact (SPDT), width 6.2 mm.

Electrical characteristics :

  • contact configuration : 1 CO (SPDT)
  • rated current : 6 A
  • maximum peak current : 10 A
  • rated voltage : 250 / 400 VAC
  • rated load AC1 : 1500 VA
  • rated load AC15 (230 VAC) : 300 VA
  • single-phase motor rating (230 VAC) : 0.185 kW
  • DC1 breaking capacity (24/110/220 V) : 6 / 0.2 / 0.12 A
  • minimum switching load : 500 mW (12 V / 10 mA)
  • contact material : AgNi

Coil (version 0 – AC/DC coil, 220 VDC)

  • nominal voltage : 220 VDC
  • operating range (DC) : 176…264 V
  • rated coil power : approx. 0.9 W
  • holding voltage : 0.6 UN
  • must drop-out voltage : 0.1 UN

Construction :

  • relay and socket integrated in one 6.2 mm module
  • screw terminals
  • integrated coil indication LED
  • integrated protection circuit
  • plastic retaining clip for instant relay ejection

Per piece.

Fit

Electrical interfaces

Coil terminals (control side)

  • A1 ,A2

AC/DC version → non-polarized for DC supply.

Contact terminals

  • 11 = Common
  • 12 = NC
  • 14 = NO

Practical wiring explanation

Control wiring (220 VDC control supply)

+220 VDC → A1
0 VDC → A2

When coil is energized :

  • LED turns ON
  • 11–14 closes
  • 11–12 opens

Example : switching a 230 VAC load

Phase (L) → 11
14 → Load
Load → Neutral

When energized, the load is powered.

Fail-safe use (NC contact)

Phase → 11
12 → Load

Relay not energized → circuit closed
Relay energized → circuit open

Function

  • provides electrical isolation between 240 VAC control circuit (coil) and output contact circuit
  • enables switching of loads up to 6 A at 250 VAC
  • interfaces PLC, timer, thermostat, or control relay outputs with field devices
  • amplifies low-power control signals to operate higher-power loads
  • suitable for switching signal lamps, contactor coils, solenoid valves, and small motors
  • designed for reliable operation in industrial control panels and building automation systems
