Fit

Electrical Interfaces

Coil terminals (control side)

  • A1 = +24 VDC
  • A2 = 0 VDC

Polarity must be respected (DC sensitive version).

Contact terminals (load side)

  • 11 = Common (C)
  • 12 = Normally Closed (NC)
  • 14 = Normally Open (NO)

Practical Wiring Explanation:

Control wiring (PLC side)

  • PLC +24 VDC output → A1
  • PLC 0 V → A2

When PLC output activates:

  • coil energizes
  • LED turns ON
  • contact switches from 11–12 to 11–14

Load example – switching 230 VAC lamp

  • Phase (L) → 11
  • 14 → Lamp
  • Lamp → Neutral (N)

When energized, 11–14 closes and lamp turns ON.

Fail-safe use (NC contact)

  • Phase → 11
  • 12 → Load
  • Relay not energized → circuit closed
  • Relay energized → circuit opens

Function

Provides galvanic isolation and signal amplification between a 24 VDC control circuit and a load up to 6 A.

Typical uses:

  • PLC output interface
  • alarm switching
  • solenoid control
  • signal isolation

Limitations

  • single pole only
  • not suitable for heavy motor loads beyond AC15 rating
  • DC switching capacity decreases significantly above 24 V
  • must be installed inside protected enclosure (IP20)
