Code to unlock the ALE (Automatic Link Establishment) optional software module for Codan HF radio transceivers.

Fit

For all Codan radios, including NGT and Envoy X1.

To be upgraded to ALE, each radio needs its own ALEcode, matched to its electronic serial number (ESN).

Function

ALE (Automatic Links Establishment) enables advanced automatic link control and network calling features to increase reliability and usability of HF communications. It is also a very helpfull tool during HF frequencies test campaigns as it can select the best frequency to call from a list of programmed frequencies.
