Instructions for use

7.5% potassium chloride oral solution (74.5 mg of K+/ml = 1 mEq of K+/ml = 1 mmol of K+/ml)

Must be given using a MEDICINE CUP or a ORAL SYRINGE.

Precautions for Use

CAUTION!

In case of supply issue, the 10% oral solution (100mg K+/ml, 1.33 K+mEq/ml) (DORAPOTC1S-) can be used as an alternative to the 7.5% oral solution.

In that case, the dosage should be adjusted to avoid overdose and the risk of medication errors, as follows:
