Function

Provides remote supervision and control of Studer Xtender systems via GSM mobile network.

  • virtual RCC-02/03 interface accessible via Studer Xcom portal (web interface)

  • real-time monitoring of voltages, currents, states, alarms and events

  • remote configuration and firmware updates for Xtender, BSP, and related modules

  • data logging on MicroSD (CSV files, minute resolution) and retrieval through the portal

  • SMS and email alerts (requires third-party SMS credits)

  • possibility to share access with third-party users for support

Limitations:

  • requires GSM coverage and SIM with data plan (≈ 2 MB/month for basic use, up to 60 MB/month with datalogger enabled)

  • only compatible with Studer modem (no third-party modems)

  • indoor use only, must be protected from humidity, dust, shocks and condensation

  • MicroSD must be present for data logging, if full or absent, data is lost

Durability:Robust design for continuous remote monitoring in professional and industrial environments.

Storing conditions:Keep in a dry, temperate environment, protected against shocks, ESD, moisture and dust.
